Pay Band Fees
Your required fees for the year include the band fee, the tailgate fee, any required equipment that you ordered, and (if applicable) the FBISD Instrument Loan fee or Color Guard fee. All band fees, with the exception of tailgate fees, are non-refundable. (COVID addendum: In the event of unforeseen cancellations, we will do our best to adjust fees equitably.)
EARLY BONUS: Fees paid in full by August 1, 2022 earn a FREE show t-shirt for your student (as a coupon to be used in the spirit items order this summer).
Please refer to your confirmation email for your student’s total. If you have more than one band student in your family, you will receive one email per student.

July 31, 2022 | An additional $200 of the band fee |

If you need to create an extended payment schedule, that’s never a problem, but you must contact the AHS Band Booster Club treasurer directly to make arrangements. Our Booster Club officers are parent volunteers, just like you — please communicate, and don’t make them spend time seeking you out to ask about payments.
Ways to Pay: Zelle, Venmo, Mail, or PayPal
1) If your bank offers Zelle payments, or if you use the Zelle app, send your payment to ahsbbbc@gmail.com. (Yes, there are 3 “b”s in that email address!) Be sure to include the name of your student(s) in the notes.
This option is fast and free for both you and the band.
2) If you use the Venmo app, send your payment to @AHSBand-BoosterClub. Be sure to include the name of your student(s) in the notes.

3) Pay by check or money order, made payable to AHS Bulldog Band Booster Club or “AHSBBBC”. Mail it to

Be sure to include the name of your student(s) in the memo line of your check.
Please allow time for your payment to be delivered before the payment deadline, and note that you are responsible for any returned check fees. DO NOT send cash through the mail.
4) Pay online by credit or debit card at https://paypal.me/ahsbbbc. Be sure to include the name of your student(s) in the notes.
The PayPal option is provided for your convenience, but it costs the band about $20 in fees for an average student total (even if you use your linked bank account or balance), so if one of the other options is easy enough for you, choose those first to help us hold our costs down.
